The Peoples Community Foundation
assists incubator services that incorporate business education,
training and technical assistance to the businesses they serve.
We are staunch supporters of entrepreneurship, and our focus is
on advancing the type of education and training efforts that
improve the chances of its success.
PCF will build on its proven
technical assistance model, one that is based on "business
owner" accountabilities that establish a basis for enhancing
economic strategies for communities. PCF
will also engage communities to learn how their business owners
will best gain skills to build their internal capacity,
procurement and contracts with new and larger customers.
In addition, PCF will use its
networking capabilities to present scaleable models for
procurement officials, institutional training recruiters,
specialized training programs (bidding and estimating), business
accounting, marketing, human resources, contract administration,
